Login and Setup New HMC Tenant Account
When migrating networks, a new user account will be created, and a setup process is required to enable the account for operating on the new network.
1. You will first receive an email with your new username and temporary password. The new username follows the format: <First Initial><Last Name>@hmc.us or FirstName.LastName@hmc.us

2. To log into your account, open your browser and open Incognito Mode by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N, or by opening the three dots menu in the top right of the window and selecting New Incognito Window.
This is to prevent sign-in data from the Hilcorp network interfering with the login process on the new network.


3. Travel to myaccount.microsoft.com. Sign in with your new username and temporary password.

4. You should be prompted to change your password. Enter your new password twice to confirm. If you are not presented with this option or need assistance, begin at Step 5, Security Info of the Change Your Password Guide.
5. You should also be prompted to setup MFA. Follow the menu to setup MFA on your smartphone. If you are not presented with this option or need assistance, begin at Step 3, Security Info of the Setup MFA on the New Tenant Guide.
Your HMC Account is Successfully Set up.
